Saddle Mountain is about 55 miles west of Phoenix on I-10 at exit 94. Go south .75 miles to the third left turn onto Osborn Rd., go .2 miles then turn left into RV Park. This is the first time that we will have an outing at Saddle Mountain. It has a large clubhouse and a large activity center. You may go to www.saddlemountainrvpark.com for a view of the park. Click on Activities and/or Amenities links to see some detailed pictures of the park. They have 2 dartboards, 2 pool tables, ping pong, exercise equipment, a card room, reading room, swimming pool and more. The park has agreed to extend the outing price of $22/night/rig plus tax for our members up to 7 days prior and 7 days after the outing as long as the stay is continuous. Make arrangements for an extended stay directly with Saddle Mountain RV Park at 623-386-3892. Be sure to tell them that you are with our group. We will finalize plans for the Southwest Regional Rally and start planning for our GCW State Meeting in Oct. 2010. Cost for the weekend is $100 per rig with two people, $86 per rig with one person if reservations are made by March 4, 2010. After that date, the cost goes up $10 per rig. The reason for this early registration is that we need to give the park a count for the catered meals in advance. The cost of the campout include three nights of camping, two catered meals and use of facilities. So mark your calendars now, make plans to head for Tonopah and send your reservations to Paula Stovall: 12431 E. 34th Str., Yuma, AZ 85367 Questions?
